The Functional Movement Program will consists of a library of workouts to help you get started or to enhance your ability to move thru your everyday body movements.

You will be able to seek out various workouts to work on target areas. Many of us suffer from tight backs from sitting at our at home desks, dining room tables and other work stations we have set up for our work from home status. Small changes in our day to day functionality will help with tight hips, weak necks and shoulder issues.
